I made a mistake during my order and would like to make amendments! How do I do that?

Amendments can be made prior to confirmation of payment details. Upon confirmation of purchase, an automated email will be generated with the details of your purchase. We try to ship our orders as promptly as possible, so if you require a cancellation or amendment at this stage, kindly contact us within 24 hours to inform us of the amendment.



How do I check the status of my orders once they are placed?

Upon confirmation of purchase, an automated email will be generated with the details of your purchase. With reference to those details, you can contact us directly to enquire about your orders. Note that for shipment of smaller quantities that are sent by regular airmail and not by parcel or courier services, there will be no shipment number for tracking and hence will not be traceable once they leave our doors. While STIKFASª Online will not be liable, we will try our best to resolve lost orders on a case by case basis.



I am dissatisfied with my product, who can I talk to?

Kindly contact your retailer if you purchased a faulty product from a store. If the purchase was made in our online store, do write to us through the Contact Us page and provide reference of the order (preferably the automated email reply generated upon your purchase). We will do our best to address your concerns. Note that product damages through abusive play will not be entertained.

I don't know how to put my STIKFASª kits together/ The kit I purchased didn't come with instructions. What should I do?

Firstly, while interchangeability is the feature of STIKFAS™ products, some items are designed to be put together in a certain way. We have the various printed assembly instructions posted here on our website as well for your reference.
If there is an item or part that you are not certain what it's for and it is not presented in the product assembly instructions nor in the product images, you can also write directly to us and ask for clarification.
