Return and Exchange Policy

In the event that you would require a return or exchange for purchases made through the STIKFASª Online store, kindly contact us through our online form.
For part replacements, we would require the original damaged or faulty part to be returned to us. Exchanges will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Product damage due to abuse or reckless handling will not be entertained.
Returns and exchanges to the retailer where the purchase was made is subjected to the returns and exchanges policies of the relevant retail outlets.
30- DAY RETURN POLICY
All orders from the online store at Stikfas.com are personally packed and shipped to ensure that customers receive their goods promptly and in good order. If you experience a product with manufacturing or packing flaws, you may contact us directly for replacements. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order you receive, you are also welcome to return most unused/unopened items within 30 days for a refund.
* You can return unused/unopened products sold for 30 days from the date of delivery (i.e. date products are shipped from our store) of your shipment, as indicated on your transaction records in our online store. Products must be returned in their entirety (no partial packs) in the original condition and packaging (items sent to you in mint condition must be returned in mint condition), in saleable condition, without missing parts, and with the invoice (either original or a copy). Stikfas.com reserves the right to refuse returns on any product that fails to conform to these requirements.
* Your form of payment will be credited for the price of the items. This credit will not include any original shipping and processing charges. Your credit will appear AFTER we receive your returned item/s in as long as the item meets all criteria stated in this return policy.
* Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for any refund to appear on your statement.
*Stikfas.com accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Freight insurance and a proof of delivery tracking number is strongly recommended to protect customer's interest in the shipment.
*Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges on all returned items.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Customers are strongly advised to verify all details of the transaction before submitting payment details. All orders are processed and shipped within one working day. If for any reason you decide to cancel an order please contact us via our website contact form or directly through stikfas@stikfas.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can usually cancel the order upon notification.
If your order has already been shipped it may not be eligible for cancellation. If the cancellation request is received after an item has been shipped.
Customers have the option to return the product. Stikfas.com will gladly accept a return consistent with our non-defective return policy. However, no refunds are available for shipping and handling fees and the customer bears sole responsibility for all return shipping costs.
